Your stores source, write and price themselves.

Storenaut reads what is selling across 800+ competitor Shopify stores, imports the winners into yours, writes and prices them, runs the email, and shows what each store really earned after cost of goods, fees and ad spend.

Importing

Where the products come from

Storenaut follows 800+ competitor Shopify stores and reads their bestseller ranking every morning. Not their catalogue: the order their own storefront sorts by best-selling, the only honest sales signal a shop publishes about itself.

  • Read every morning800+ stores, their own bestsellers, in the order they sell.
  • Scored for your storeYour market, your customer, the season of your next drop, and what your ads have already proven. A category they lose money on is dropped, not down-weighted.
  • Created in your Shopify, archivedDeduped, gender checked, priced on your ladder. Nothing goes live until you say so.

Three ways in

Run the network

Say how many you want. The day's ranking is scored against your store and the best fits are created. A thin day comes back short rather than padded.

Paste a collection

A collection link from a shop you researched yourself, read up to 1,000 products deep. This is the door that fills a big run.

Paste one product

One link, one product, through exactly the same pipeline: deduped, gender checked, priced on your ladder.

What happens to a product

Six stages between "a competitor is selling this" and "it is live on my storefront". Each one is a switch you own, and the last one is yours alone.

Imported

Created archived in your Shopify with its images, colourways and sizes mapped, and a hashed source tag so nobody can read your suppliers off your storefront.

Written

Title, description, feed SEO and image alt text written from the product photos, in your market's own language. British spelling for the UK and Australia.

Priced

Snapped up to your own price ladder in your currency, with your compare-at. Colours translated, sizes converted to the system your market actually reads.

Quoted

Where a supplier is connected it waits for an accepted quote, so you never publish a price you cannot buy at, and the real cost lands in your P&L.

Checked

A validator reads the copy before Shopify does. No claims about fabric or feel that a photo cannot prove, and none of the promotional words Merchant Center rejects.

Live

You publish, or you arm the store to do it for you. Either way the automated pipeline never rewrites or reprices a product that is already live.

Three kinds of mail, one look

Everything a store sends, written off its own products and in its own market language, carrying the same branding. Built into your own Klaviyo, as drafts unless you ask for them live. These are real examples, rendered by the code that writes them.

Flows

Triggered by the shopper

  • Six flows, fifteen mails
  • Welcome, abandoned checkout, browse
  • Site abandonment, post purchase, shipping
  • Discount ladder minted in your Shopify
Abandoned checkout

Campaigns

On the cadence you set

  • Written off your live bestsellers
  • Own subject, preview and copy per send
  • A discount code generated for it
  • Cadence capped when complaints rise
A weekly campaign

Shopify's own emails

Sent by the checkout

  • All eight transactional templates
  • Order confirmation, shipping, the rest
  • Branded like your campaigns and flows
  • In the customer's own language
Order confirmation
  • One brand across all three. Flows, campaigns and the checkout mails run off one palette and one language, so a customer never sees two different shops.
  • What it earned, per send. Thirty days of revenue split between campaigns and flows, with each flow's own status beside it.

What else is in there

The pipeline is the loud part. This is the rest of what a connected store gets, on the same screen and without another subscription.

Profit and loss, per store

Revenue, returns, cost of goods, payment fees, ad spend and overhead, down to a net line, with each line's share of revenue and its change on the period before.

ROAS per product

Which product paid for its own ads and which one is eating the month, over 30, 14 and 7 days, with the break-even ROAS beside it.

Winners

A product that proves itself in one of your stores is offered to the others, created archived and priced for that market.

GMC check

The misrepresentation audit Google would run, run first: one legal identity across every policy and page, honest delivery times, no leftovers from a cloned store.

Trustpilot, tracked

Score, stars, review count and the date of the latest one, read off each store's own Trustpilot page and kept beside its numbers.

Automations, per store

Importing, optimising, cost prices, the out-of-stock sweep and going live are five separate switches. Each one is off until you arm it, and armed it runs daily.

Every plan is the whole product

Importing, copy, pricing, the profit line, the email and the GMC check are in all four. The tier decides how many stores it runs on, and how many people can get in.

EU businesses can enter a VAT number at checkout and it is reverse-charged, everyone else is charged their local rate. Cancel and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Your stores and data stay exactly as they are on Shopify.

Before you connect anything

Can it change products that are already live in my shop?

Not on its own. The automated pipeline only ever touches products that are archived or draft, which is enforced in code and covered by a regression test. Rewriting a live listing takes a selection you make by hand, behind a warning.

Will anything be published without me?

Only if you switch it on. Imported products land archived. Publishing is its own lever per store and it is off until you arm it, and even armed it waits for the stages before it, including an accepted supplier quote where you use one.

Does it email my customers?

It builds the mail; Klaviyo sends it. Nothing can reach a customer unless both your Shopify and your Klaviyo keys are connected and you approved what goes out. Flows and campaigns are built into your own Klaviyo account, as drafts unless you ask for them live, and you can edit every one of them there.

Does it work with one store?

Yes. Sourcing, copy, pricing, the P&L, the GMC check and the email all work on a single shop. The one thing that needs a second store is Winners, which moves a proven product from one of your shops to another.

What does it need from my Shopify?

You create an app in your own admin and paste its two keys back, so you can see and revoke the access from your side at any time. It reads products, collections, orders, inventory and payouts, and writes products. It does not touch your theme, your customers or your refunds.

How long does setting up actually take?

Connecting the shop is about two minutes of copying and pasting. The first import runs the same day; the copy, the supplier quotes and the first useful profit numbers land over the following days as the data comes in.

What happens to my data if I stop?

Cancel in the portal and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Everything Storenaut created is in your Shopify and your Klaviyo already, under your own account, and it stays there.

Live in three steps

No developer, no theme edits, and no tracking script on your storefront.

  1. First

    Your account

An email and a password, or your Google account. 7 days free and no card, so nothing is charged while you are looking.

  2. Then

    Connect Shopify

You make an app inside your own Shopify admin and paste two keys back. Every screen is shown with the values already filled in, so it is copying, not configuring.

  3. And then

    Your first run

Pick what you sell, who you sell it to and which season to buy for. The first run creates products the same day, archived, for you to look over.
