Storenaut ("we", "us") operates an internal operations and reporting platform for the online stores that we and our clients run. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we handle data obtained through Google APIs.
We use this data solely to provide the service: consolidating advertising spend and store sales into internal profit-and-loss and return-on-ad-spend reporting for the account owner. We do not use it for advertising to you, and we do not sell it.
Storenaut's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google Ads data is used only to display reporting to the account owner within Storenaut; it is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the service, to comply with law, or as part of a merger; it is not used for advertising; and no humans read the data except with your consent, for security, or to comply with law.
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers that host the service (e.g. our cloud hosting and database provider) strictly to operate the platform.
We retain connected data only while your account is active. You can disconnect a Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.
Access is restricted to authenticated account owners. Credentials and tokens are stored securely and transmitted over encrypted connections.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
